Hey everyone hope all is well. I been wholesaling for a year now. I am looking to expand in Northern Colorado, Cheyenne Wyoming, and Denver markets. Things have been very slow and I am not sure why. I want find a HUD broker that is willing to work with me so I can wholesale them. If that same person can teach the in's and outs of REO'S as well would be great.
