I am currently working with a team of investors and am in the process of looking for a private lender that would be interested in investing in a property that appraises as is for $175k w/ an ARV of $500k.

We have the funds available to either purchase the property or rehab the home but not enough for both. We are looking for a 5 year loan of $110k.... 8% interest rate with a 30 year amortization.
