When the closing date on a HUD contract passes, and no closing occurred:

Can it be re-bid on it after lost of contract by the person(s) who failed to close?

It was to be a back to back closing. The B-C contract was signed 1 day prior to the A-B expiration date, both of which occurred on the weekend. Plus, we were dealing with a new to us out of state closing team.

The C buyer still wants the property, but doesnt know yet that it is still available one month later.

Can the original B in the A-B contract re-bid and win after a fail to close on the first attempt?
