HELP - Investor needs homes to purchase ASAP - Indiana

I have a cash buyer looking to purchase homes in and around Indianapolis.  Not looking for anything Center Township.  The ideal properties; will be able to close in 10 days or less, be in good school systems, need lots of repairs, be in good neighborhoods and in areas where home ownership is high.  My client is looking to close on 3 -5 properties this month.  Please message me with anything you think may work.  Thanks.
