Seattle Area Fixers
Hello BP Community,
I’m in search of properties to fix and flip in the greater Seattle area. The primary areas I’ve been focusing on are in Renton (Highlands, Fairwood-Cascade) and North Seattle and further north (Shoreline, Edmonds, Mt. Lake Terrace). I’m open to other areas if the deal is right but the property must be within a 20 minute drive of Seattle.
I'm looking for an ARV around $250-$300k (neighborhood contingent) and would like the rehab work to be primarily cosmetic (no major structural or mechanical issues) and my maximum rehab budget is $40k. My ideal property will have 3 bedrooms and at least 1.5 bathrooms.
I plan on obtaining conventional financing for purchasing the property and paying cash for the rehab work. During the rehab, the house will be my primary residence and I will self-perform the work that I am able to.
