Rehab cost : 70,000 - We are adding one more bedroom and another bath to the property. Addition alone costs 40000. Fixing the existing house is 30000. This should increase the square foot by 500. Current square footage is 1113. This should make the property into 4 bedroom / 2 bath with 1600 sq.ft
ARV of the property : 220,000.
I am looking for a private investor to lend 70% of the ARV or 140,000. Please help me out!
