Mentor needed in Jacksonville Florida!
Hello, I'm a wholesaler in Jacksonville Florida and I've been doing it for just over a year. I've been doing it alone for the most part. I used all the info I could learn here and other places. I've done 2 deals so far, and what I know is that I probably could be much more successful at this if I had a mentor. Wholesaling for me is my entry point due to lack of major money, but I aspire to buy and holds, lease options, wrap around mortgages and multifamily. I need a mentor that is seasoned! I'm willing to pay for this knowledge either outright but would rather split deals as they come about. If you are that person than please contact me, if you know of someone that would be willing to provide this; please point me in that direction. I'm a visual learner so someone in Jax would be awesome.
