I need a contractor quote for a burned house
I have a house in Kennesaw Georgia in Cobb county that came in and the house is burned. Only partially. The seller wants to sell it but I need a quote on the repairs. He will list it with a realtor and have it demolished next week. I can make it out there Saturday. I'm sure any one around Atlanta will work too.
I will take the quote and present it to my buyer as a "do this, get paid" strategy. And you will get the job. Along with first hand experience with a house flipper. I can also show you the steps I take to wholesale the house.
The obviouse exit strategy is a fix and flip. He's basicly selling the land.
