Our common sense underwriting approach and customized programs allow us to provide lines of credit for “fix and flip” borrowers and rental loans for investors that rehab and lease properties. We lend on non-owner occupied single family and multifamily properties (up to 30 units), including tear downs, auction funding and in some cases, new construction.
