Rolling out nationwide conventional terms, without the hassle of dealing with an institutional bank, to investors looking to purchase, refinance, buy & hold, or cash out on their projects.

Structure 1
-Up to 80% LTV
-Loans starting at $750K to $50MM+
-30 year amortization
-5, 7, 10, 12, 15, and 30 year fixed options
-Rate are between 3.75-5.25% depending on the fixed period and strength of the property
-Credit scores as low as 620
-Closing in 55-65 days

Structure 2
-Up to 80% LTV
-Loan amounts of $200k to $50MM+ (best rates are over $1MM)
-25 or 30 year amortization
-3, 5, 7, and 10 year fixed options
-Rates are between 2.9% to 7.5%
-Closing in 45-60 days

Structure 3
-Up to 75% LTV
-Loan starting at $1M
-30 year amortization
-3, 5, 7, and 10 year fixed options
-Rates starting at 3.9%
-Closing in 40-50 days
-No min credit score
