Outer Banks- Financing for a commercial purchase and renovation.
A person I know is looking to purchase a commercial building then do significant renovations on it to make it into a residential property. They understand there probably will be zoning issues. They are interested in getting either a SBA loan or a commercial loan, whichever makes the most sense. Obviously, they have just started the process, but if anyone has any contacts for bank personnel in the NC Outer banks region it would be appreciated if you could share them with me.
