Looking for wholesale properties for rehab in Sebastian, Florida

Hello All,

I've recently located to Sebastian, Florida and would like to start investing in fix and flips around Sebastian and Vero Beach.  Once I get rolling I'll move to buy and hold multi-families and hopefully partner on larger apartment complexes .  If anyone has leads to wholesalers in this area I would greatly appreciate receiving their contact info.  I'm also open to partnering with rehabbers in the area.  I will be fully funding my deals while establishing new relationships with partners and lenders.
