Need Funding, Not Lenders. Up to 1/2 billion dollars at least
I am looking at multiple assets in several hot markets. Honestly, the zeros scared me at first, until i admitted to myself-- I done that! Developed relationships with buyers and sellers on every level of REI that was accessible to me, and that $1/2B showed up, being showing up on a regular basis. No longer scared.
Soooooooo! Basic wholesaling101. Honesty.
I trust that those who fund will protect their money. I trust that when they take a leap of faith they still are protecting their interests when the funds are presented as available in a deal involving a maverick.
I am looking for funding to wholesale at these numbers in either of 2 ways: Double Close or assigning the contract at or near seller's asking prices.
The points per fund are irrelevant as long as everyone's pockets feel fair when the closing door closes.
By the way, I don't know about crowdfunding, can't see holding on to somebody's money. I deal with principals, and any 3rd party on BP knows my policy when the principal is not one off.
