Seeking Private Loan for Purchase

All,

I am a real estate investor in the Washington DC area. I currently own a property management company, called Alexandria City Properties, LLC where oversee the rental of four condo units. Two of those are located in Northern Virginia while the other two are located in Washington, DC.

I have experienced great success and would like to purchase another condo in Washington, DC with the assistance of a loan via private money. I am extremely flexible on terms and willing to do what it takes to appease the other party and ensure "fair terms" are agreed upon.
