Looking to buy in Atlanta

I'm finishing up a rehab and don't have anything lined up for a crew, if you've got a rehab deal in Atlanta, let me know, I'm ready to buy something yesterday.  

I prefer Cobb County, but will buy anywhere people want to live. ARV $125k+ 70% less repairs.
