Looking for Commercial Loan Lender in Salt Lake City, Utah

I am looking for a portfolio local credit union or bank that can close on a commercial loan in 2 weeks. To make the long story short, the current credit union that I am working with, they are turning their back on me and can't do the loan the way I want near my closing deadline. Because of this, I don't have much time left. I am looking for someone that can do a 10 year term commercial loan on a investment property near the U campus at 75% - 78% LTV for 25 years amortization. The lender needs to be able to process the loan in-house and use some of my equities to back the loan. I would love getting in touch with someone who is expert at this.
