Hi my name is Marcus I have a cash buyer looking for non mls deals In the following counties Santa Clara, San Mateo, Alameda, San Francisco, Contra Costa counties.

 He will only buy in these counties so please don't contact me about other places. He is looking for apts, houses, condos etc thats under $2 million cash and that are good for fix and flip properties..
