$20,000 for 18 months?

Hoping someone can help me out of my situation with terms like:

$20,000 for 18 months.

I own a convenience store in Fishermans Wharf San Francisco for over a year. $380,000 gross.

Last 2 quarters were 110,000 gross. Over $10,000 a month credit cards.

I have 2 months left to Greenbox Capitol for a $50 a day loan to be over with so I already know that is sutainable and normal for me, however, I need, must have 20k by Dec 15th and have $200,000 at stake.
