I'm a Milwaukee Area broker and I'm looking to bring on agents to our brokerage. We specialize in investor clients.
We do not offer any leads, desk space, advertisement etc. This call is for agents who have an established business but are over paying on their splits with their current brokers. All agents would be responsible for all their expenses, however you will get to keep 90% of your commissions earned.
You will have access to myself as the managing broker for transaction questions as well as education with investor clients.
