I have a once in a lifetime deal and I need help

I have a 5 year lease agreement from a company needing employee housing. They will rent out all condos or apartments there is also chance for renewal. I also have the prospective 5 acres of land in a hand shake not writing.
I am looking for funding and if you have a construction company that would be a plus. It would be a 10mil. Deal. Depending on the number of units it could pay a lown off in 5 years. Shoot me questions you have or help pointing me in a detection. However details will come over a personal meetings and pof letter and contract agreements. I will be seeking investors in Denver and anywhere with interest I have the year to lay out a complete plan to the board.
