Client looking for log cabin - Catskills NY and/or Northern PA

I have a client who is looking for a log cabin on 20 or so acres in the Catskills area of NY and/or Northern PA. 3 bedroom or 2 with loft.  They are would be travelling from Long Island.

This client is a qualified buyer as I have done many transactions with him in the past.
