Funding help needed
Morning ...
Here is the deal ... we have finally come across a property that we want to keep ... and is coming up for sheriff sale (we had done 5 properties in the past from sheriff sales ... we are very familiar with the rules). Really nice place in a nice area, the auditor has at over $500k. With the sheriff price and and day sale money (day of sale money is $45K) thinking it will go around $300k. We have a loan approved and a buyer already lined up for our current place, have money for day of sale, but cannot get our loan down until after sheriff sale. In the county where it is selling, it has been taking about 60 day to confirm sales .. therefore, money will not be needed will day of confirmation. Looking a max hard money loan of $275k to float the sheriff closing till we close on our loan. I have more info and details/circumstances and willing to talk. Hence, if any one might be interested in help out please post and lets make contact. The sale date is 4Fed16 ... I know this a tight time frame but have to ask
