Low ARV Money Needed For Strip Mall
Hi, I run a 500+ member real estate investing group, and I have a member who needs some money. It is a small strip mall in the Cameron Park, CA area, not far from Sacramento. The purchase price is $575,000, cosmetic only rehab at $200,000, This includes new stucco exterior etc... ARV $1.4 Million. My borrower has 20% down of his own money. Total loan will be about $620,000 on a $1.4 Million ARV. This one has great numbers. I was going to loan my own money, but I am going into 2 new flips and will have no money until they are closed.
