Conventional loans for US Citizens with Foreign Income

I can originate loans to US Citizens living abroad (Expat) and working for a US or foreign corporation. You have to have filled your US Federal Tax returns and the income has to shown on the 1040s. Current income will need to be verify.

This would be a conventional loan - 30 yr fixed.
