Residential Acquisition Analyst
Hello,
I'm looking to hire a Real Estate Analyst to help source properties for my investors. You will be using software to source properties daily. You will be on the computer everyday for 6-8 hrs sourcing deals, writing/sending out contracts and following up on deals. Once a deal is in escrow, you will manage the process with the title co. This is a commission only position. You must be licensed or in the process of getting licensed. If you do not have experience in this area but really want to learn, I can teach you. You must be dedicated to learning.
