Seeking Properties in TN,KY, OH,PA
After dealing with all the BS on the bulk level for several months my partner and I have decided to raise our own capital to acquire properties on a more realistic level.
I know this does not constitute "bulk" but we are seeking private sellers or brokers that have access to inventory. Our active capital is $500,000 (current). We control these funds and are active within our markets: DAVIDSON AND MAURY COUNTY TN, KENTON, BOONE, CAMPBELL KY, HAMILTON OH, AND LUZERNE PA.
If you have private sellers or asset managers looking to carve out some properteis for the everyday guys let me know.
