I am looking for a great hard money or Private Money lender in Atlanta, GA for a property I currently have under contract. I am looking to rehab the property and possibly hold it as a rental, so I am in need of a Buy, Fix & Refi program.

Purchase Price: $17,500

Rehab Needed: $60,000 (i.e., Kitchen, Bathrooms, Flooring, Open up walls, A/C, Roof, etc)

ARV: $125,000
