Las Vegas General Contractor

I am looking for a Licensed General Contractor in Vegas to add to my rehab/flipping team. Being a out of state General Contractor myself you would think this would be a easy task. But it has been difficult to find qualified and experienced " rehab" tradesman for my Investment Company. We were importing our crews to rehab the out of state properties, now with our rapid growth we need to pull in additional resources. If anyone in the BP community can refer please do so.
