Ambitious Acquisition Team Member Needed! No Exp. Necessary!
Hi there! We are an ambitious and growing real estate investment team that is looking for another team member looking to learn the biz or who is experienced and simply wants to partner with a winning team.
We're specifically looking for individuals who are willing to phone call and door knock some of the leads (with some phone calls involved) that we have in Bergen, Hudson, Essex and Union counties.
You will NOT be required to work from our office and instead work from home or the field.
Right now we looking for someone in Essex and Union counties. We expect to add another position for other counties soon.
Like the rest of our team, that person should be motivated, a bit aggressive (in a respectful way) and consistent. Experience with podio is a plus, but not mandatory. You must have a basic command of today's technology, communication etc. (text, email, PC/laptop/internet etc.). And newbies are welcomed!
We are willing to offer a 25% of the split in Net profits on these deals once we close on them. We're also offering you an opportunity to learn from veteran and professional wholesalers and rehabbers with 20 years of experience in the business. All you have to do is make consistent phone calls and/or door knock the lead and gauge the property owner's interest in selling. We will take over from there and keep you in the loop so that you can 'Earn & Learn'.
