Looking for 20-100 unit multifamily properties in Kansas City
We're looking to acquire between 50-100 units (20-100 unit complexes) in the Kansas City area (or Lawrence, KS) over the next few months. If anyone knows a good broker shoot us a message.
Criteria:
- B or C properties in B or C areas
- Ideally some sort of value play (below market rents, deferred maintenance), but cash flow is our first priority
- No war zones
- > 10% first year cash on cash
- > 8% CAP rate
