OKC Real Estate Investment Biz Seeking Sharp Sales Mind
We are looking for a responsible person in Oklahoma City with sales experience to become a member of our fast growing nationwide real estate investing business. A Real Estate license is not required. We will train the right individual.
***Responsibilities Include***
- Receiving inbound sales calls, making outbound calls
- Build rapport with property sellers on the phone. Must be great on the phone.
- Screening buyer, seller leads daily
- Running comparable sales on properties
- Coordination with closing attorney/closing company and other team members
- Manage leads in our company's CRM
- Manage direct mail campaigns

- Being reliable, responsible, and honest
- Great attention to detail
- Phenomenal work ethics
- Previous Telemarketing Experience a plus
- Great organizational skill & follow through with assigned tasks
- Enjoys setting up and managing business systems and processes

You will work mainly in your home office. Some weekend work may be be required. You will need your own home office with computer, high speed internet, printer, scanner, and headset.
