Sales Success Manager

Customer Realty, one of the fastest growing real estate brokerages in the Washington D.C. region is hiring a Sales Success Manager. The Sales Success Manager will help our team successfully convert leads into signed clients through extensive sales management and training. This position directly affects the bottom line and as such, ideal candidates should be deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as to growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team.

This person is passionate about helping agents grow and be accountable for success. The ideal individual has high drive and tenacity to achieve revenue and performance targets. The Sales Success Manager will also support brokerage recruiting efforts, by qualifying and setting appointments for the Principal Broker and agents considering joining our firm, to grow the agent team. This roll will also conduct follow-up with candidates after the interview process has been completed.

The Sales Success Manager knows lead generation and conversion numbers, and pursues ways to improve them, while maintaining a high level of quality in all aspects of lead generation and customer service. This individual will take ownership of leads, and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. Responsible for managing and improving agent productivity and sales metrics, through regular coaching accountability meetings, lead check-ins and training events. This individual must be highly trustworthy since they will have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, clients, and finances. This position will require some evening and weekend hours, to attend (and effectively coach) agents on listing presentations and to assist in hosting events.

This position offers a base salary, plus performance bonus based on company goals. Base salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $40,000 to $50,000. Bonus potential brings total compensation to $100,000 or more, based on performance. Customer Realty also offers a competitive benefits package and vacation leave package.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Sales management experience is a plus, with experience in training and coaching performance preferred.
  • Proven track record of being able to manage lead conversion is required.
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead a team, with excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
  • An energetic, positive, and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills with the ability to efficiently organize and set priorities.
  • Excellent presentation skills; ability to present to a large and diverse audience, as well as to a small group.
  • Ability to identify, analyze and logically solve problems quickly.
