I am looking for a general contractor with several years of experience that is interested in partnering with me to buy, flip, and rent houses (brrrr) in the West Georgia/Atlanta area. (Also buy and flip, if the deal warrants it.)   Ideally this contractor has access to a regular crew. Looking to do multiple deals annually, so the right candidate needs to be committed to full-time plus.
