Real Estate CPA Firm Seeking Reliable Tax Accountants & CPAs
Hall CPA PLLC is looking to hire several contractors to start immediately. Our firm services real estate investors and businesses in the real estate industry. We provide a variety of tax, accounting, and strategy solutions to our clients.
Our firm does not have a physical location, meaning the work will be completed 100% virtually utilizing cloud based technology.
We estimate the weekly workload to be around 4-10 hours during the off-season and up to 40 hours during the busy seasons.
The successful contractor(s) will have the opportunity to join the firm as a full-time hire toward the middle of 2017. Our firm is growing quickly and we are looking to build a core team to take us to the next level.
Role:
-Prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations; and
-Prepare tax plans for individuals and businesses.
Required Experience and Skills:
-Familiarity with technology and various cloud based solutions (Quickbooks, Xero, Drake Tax Software);
-Ability to set deadlines and meet those deadlines 100% of the time;
-Extensive experience in tax return preparation for real estate investors, partnerships, and corporations;
-Able to demonstrate knowledge of Schedule E and various real estate technicalities;
-Knowledge of IRS Tangible Property Regulations;
-Knowledge of basis allocations and depreciation schedules; and
-Capable of writing clearly and supporting tax positions with IRC/Tax Court citations.
