Fortunately, the real estate laws in these states are similar to what we have here in Georgia: All are very landlord-friendly and lender-friendly.
We're looking for serious, smart, fast learners who are ready to move beyond books and courses -- folks who want to start actually DOING the business of real estate wholesaling.
Our select Acquisitions Team Members will learn:
- How to approach and pre-screen sellers
- How to determine property fair market values and comparable rents
- How to secure a contract to purchase a property
Plus, Team Members receive a portion of each deal they contributed to that closes!
