Personal Assistant, Fast Moving Development/Property Management Company

Highly successful real estate investment and property management company is seeking a personal assistant for the COO.

Candidate will work between our Woodlawn(Chicago)(20%) & Bartlett(80%) office and tasks will include but not limited to:

  • Assist with COO's manager tasks
  • Oversee & respond email
  • Research and advise better solutions for various operations
  • Assist with property walks / View potential properties for purchase
  • Run personal & business errands & assist COO while out of office
  • Schedule & move appointments
  • If licensed will assist in various real estate brokerage activities
  • Driver
  • Researching properties, finding owners and contact information, researching market statistics, preparing drafts of Comparative Market Analysis, and presentations
  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages, paperwork, and other documents,
  • A little of everything else……..

---------------------------------------- Qualifications for the Position ----------------------------

  • This position must be available 20-30 hours per week Monday-Friday and some Saturdays.
  • Interest in Real Estate Development & Property Management. Desire for future career in RE a plus.
  • Must have a valid DL, insurance, reliable transportation, and a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
  • Strong computer skills on the go. Working knowledge of MS Office products and the ability to learn new software
  • Ability to think quick. Highly organized. High attention to detail. Maintains accountability.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
