Our fast growing real estate company is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist with outstanding phone, internet and people skills. This is a work from home position where you determine your own hours. Previous real estate experience is not necessary. This job requires a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism, ability to project a positive attitude over the phone and a knack for getting people to feel comfortable talking to you. We are also looking for people who are self starters, can take direction and have a desire to be the best they can be.

This position is a “hunter” role that will involve finding, qualifying, and passing along leads to the proper channels within Return on Investments. While some leads are provided, they will mostly be cold in nature requiring the Specialist to make those calls and create an instant rapport while gathering basic information about their property. In addition to gathering basic information, as our Lead Generation Specialist, you will attempt to gauge how motivated they are to sell their house by analyzing their tone, attitude and willingness to share information. Finally, the Lead Generation Specialist sets an appointment for our Acquisition person to go and talk with the seller. All information gathered during the call will then be entered into our CRM (lead database) system by the Lead Generation Specialist.

Compensation: $25,000-$60,000 (Volume Based Commission Structure – 100% Commission)

Schedule: Open (EST) - Work from home. We don’t want to be babysitters. This is 100% commission job, we will give you all the tools required to be successful, but we require you to be able to manage your own time and get done what needs to be done.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Find opportunities to purchase homes within our target markets. (Self Generation)
  2. Work the leads we have generated through our efforts. (Leads Provided)
  3. Gather information from callers about their property (script provided)
  4. Create rapport with callers and gauge motivation to sell
  5. Set appointment for Acquisition Manager
  6. Enter all information gathered from caller into company CRM (Data base)
  7. Must be a team player and get along with other team members

Who will you be working for?

We are a real estate investment firm that advertises and purchases houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value. We close fast, buy homes in "as is" condition, and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.
