I have 16+ yrs exp in Construction. ( I also have some Capital saved and beginning learning the real estate side of things).I will have my Builders License in weeks from now and have MANY SKILLSETS. I am looking for people/investors with exp/knowledge to talk to/trade/partner with in future deals.
