WANTED: private/hard money lender for WA State deals
I am looking for a private lender or hard money lender for myself, and on behalf of a dozen of my clients.
Ideally looking for someone who can finance purchases of wholesale deals (including the wholesale fee) while the borrowers get their cash-out refinances processed and underwritten. Also looking for private money lenders able and willing finance high LTV in exchange for share of profits (or minimum return).
We need lenders able to finance purchases of up to $1,500,000 but will be happy to "work" our way to that number. Must be able to start lending in the 200s and 300s though.
Most deals are fix and flip but a good number involve MFR and fixing the "financial" side of things vs. the property itself.
