General Contractor For Fix & Flip JV - Dallas Area
Just completed work on a successful JV rehab project in Allen. See before & after pics below.
The first agent to walk in the door said "Wow, you are going to have a bidding war!" She was correct as we had 15 showings and 9 offers in two days...all over asking price. Accepted offer $15K over ask, set to close in a couple weeks. Cash equity partner and I will profit about $60K on a 1650 sq/ft, 3/2/2 built in 1976.
I managed the entire project including repairs, design, and build.
I would like to expand and develop relationships. Looking for Fix & Flip properties & JV and/or General Contracting opportunities.
Also would welcome referrals from other investors for Hard Money Lenders with the most favorable terms.
