Request/Referral for FHA Lenders in Philadelphia

Hi BiggerPockets Community,

My father is looking to get pre-qualified for an FHA loan to make his first attempt at "house-hacking" for a multi-family(preferably 4units).

Please make any recommendation if you know of any good lenders or mortgage brokers in and close to the Philadelphia area.
