Hi guys

Been lurking around for a while

I am an engineer by trade but have managed to be a part time realtor for the last 5 plus years

Pretty much handled all the things that can go wrong on the SFH market in Bay Area

I been a self learner all my life

Secure job good pay good at what I do

Done some efficiency in dealing with real estate transactions

Have pretty good ability to negotiate and get the things done

Have good network with handyman and contractor

Have a good network with lenders and escrow

Because of me and my effort my brokerage has good visibility and people in the industry know me

Planning to finish my broker license by end of the 3rd quarter and planning to do either commercial or property management courses

Thanks to cash quadrant I realize that I am basically at E/S

But I want to focus on much larger things and want to move to the B/I

I would really appreciate if any of the investors here who have a similar path willing to mentor me

I am willing to pay for it either compensation or through work

Or please let me know how to find a mentor with my background

(If it matters have 2 daughters and a beautiful wife whom I adore and thank everyday

Thinking about their future as well mine led me to the path of being a realtor and I have been good at it

By the time they go to college I will have no problem covering their fees atleast that is the plan :-)

)

Thanks

Venkata
