I need a Realtor in Florida; New Port Richey / Clearwater area

I am looking to work with a Realtor in the New Port Richey / Clearwater Florida areas.
Holton-Wise is looking to expand it's operations into this area of Florida by the end of the year and are planning on opening a brokerage down there within the next 12-18 months. At which point we will be offering the same set of services we offer on properties here in Cleveland. Prior to opening the brokerage and offering our set of services we need to work out the kinks, become experts in the market and essentially prove out the concept. Hence the need for YOU!
Currently we need an investor savvy Realtor to assist us in the purchase of several properties. To start we are looking to buy a couple multi unit residential properties (10+ units) as well as a couple multi unit retail buildings (4+ units, at least one vacancy)
