Seeking equity financing for hotels and multifamily deals

I am seeking to help my clients secure more financing. I can secure 75% LTV non-recourse loans however we often also need 15% to 20% equity. We are mainly seeking equity financing in the hotel and large multifamily space. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
