Experienced Houston investing team doing 10 transactions a month is looking to hire an assistant and / or realtor to assist with mulitple tasks:

1) Transaction management

2) Property management, handling check lists

There are opportunity to be part time with kids / familly friendly hours if only interested in the administrative part, if interested in the realtor aspects as well, there is less flexibility with the hours.

Candidate needs to enjoy a changing environment, be proactive, positive, enthusiastic and organized / systems oriented.
