3.0% is a good deal for very small transactions. I provide Transactional Funding for 1.80% + $395, so below the pack of national lenders at 2.0-2.5% and $495. I also have a lower minimum compared to others of $1,800 and have noticeably reduced that minimum for small deals and on-going relationships. There are no buy-in fees and you can also access system generated Proof of Funds Letters at my site. :D
