Real estate investors, landlords and the general public can gain insight on easy home repairs, attend seminars on a variety of lending options and learn about the latest trends for home renovations during the Diversified Real Estate Investor Group’s 13th annual trade show and educational expo.

Held Aug. 24 at Valley Forge Casino Resort, the event features more than 65 vendors, a genius bar where real estate experts answer questions, educational seminars and do it yourself demonstrations from DIY HIP Chicks Founder Beth Allen. Allen, who was featured recently on the Rachael Ray Show and earlier this year filmed a pilot for a home repair show, “HIP Chick Flip,” will lead three 30-minute Do It Yourself discussions.

Allen will share “Home Hacks Every Homeowner Needs to Know,” as well as “Cents-Able Decorating” and “Paint the Town Red,” which she said will offer insight on the best paint products to use over various surfaces, including paneling.

Home Depot will offer onsite demonstrations for home renovations and attendees will have the chance to win one of four great prizes, including a Gerhard Appliances gift card; the Investor's Ultimate Tool Kit ($600 retail value); the Beginner Investor Tool Kit ($150 retail value); and DIG University's Real Estate 101 Course ($59 retail value).

All pre-registered attendees will receive 2 raffle tickets for chances to win any of the four door prizes.

All attendees that register onsite will receive 1 raffle ticket for a chance to win any of the four door prizes.

Plus, you can purchase additional raffle tickets at the event – $1 for 1 ticket or $5 for 6 tickets.

All non-DIG Members will also receive an additional entry to win a DIG Membership for one year.

If you attend the 7 p.m. Education Seminar you will receive one ticket to win the Home Tech Package.

PLUS….most vendors will also be raffling off items at their booths. Just stop by and drop your business card for your chance to win even more prizes.

DIG Executive Director Stephanie Pappas, who will lead “The Latest Style Trends & Technology for Your Next Renovation,” said this year’s venue, which is more spacious, will allow the trade show to be bigger and better than previous years.

New Western Acquisitions is the event's presenting sponsor.
