Financial partner needed for 9 month term (possibly 6). We are developers in coastal Orange County, CA. We just sold 2 of our projects and have located another parcel. We would like someone to invest in the purchase of land with us, and during the 6-9 months we will begin the development process at our expense (design, permitting, Coastal Commission approvals, etc.) all of which add to the value of the land. At the end of the term we will have approvals needed to proceed with construction. You can get out then, or stay on through construction (all terms would be negotiated upfront, in writing, etc.) Amount needed to invest upfront is $650,000 cash. Must be able to move QUICKLY.
