Real Estate Investment Firm SDF Capital is looking for a licensed real estate sales person to work on handling the dispositions of their properties. All properties will be single family and multi family properties.
Agent will have access to the following
Exclusive listings to represent.
Listings appointments set up every week for them
list of buyers
the ability for the principles to buy distressed properties from them off MLS or any other off market deals.
Training and mentoring from 2 of the principles who have over 25+ years experience.
We are looking for someone with the following:
a newer agent looking to grow their business
A desire to succeed
Great people skills
