Funding for amazing deals

Good morning,

I have a few properties I'm looking to fund in IL.

ARV: 300,000 Purchase price: 190,000

ARV: 250,000 Purchase price: 170,000

ARV: 250,000 Purchase price: 155,000

ARV: 350,000 Purchase price: 230,000 ARV: 350,000 Purchase price: 230,000

These are amazing deals that I'm looking to work on. They are already rented out as well. I have secured most of the funding for these properties. I lack $99,500. These properties are already cash flowing and the renovations needed are minor.
